The Hotel is immersed in a condominium that has two pedestrian accesses: General Bernardo O'Higgins Riquelme Avenue (Alameda) and Amunátegui Street. Both accesses have free passage between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
After these hours, the same accesses are controlled by condominium personnel, so pedestrian access must be through Amunategui street, as well as vehicular access (Nueva Amunátegui passage)

RQ Santiago is 14 mi from Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez Airport. Parking must be booked at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests who have requested parking must pay a refundable fee of USD $15.00 upon check in. Luggage custody is available between check-in and check-out times.
